Fresh kombucha, on repeat, with better value and full flexibility.

If you order On The Wagon regularly, a subscription is the easiest way to keep your fridge stocked while saving on every order. Choose your box size, choose your delivery frequency, pick your flavours, and manage everything whenever you need to.

There is no lock-in. You can skip, reschedule, change flavours, update your address, update payment details, or cancel anytime.

How It Works

1. Choose your box size

Start by choosing how many bottles you would like:

2. Choose one-time or subscription

Next, choose whether you would like a one-time order or a subscription delivery frequency. Eg. Selecting 2 Weeks will mean that you will receive a fresh delivery every 2 weeks…now that’s living!

If you are likely to order again, a subscription is usually the best value. Savings are approximately 10%, depending on your box size and selected frequency. You can toggle between one-time order and subscription options on the shop page to see the exact price before checking out.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through your members area.

To log in, use the login button on the top right of our website. Enter the email address you used when placing your subscription order, and a login code will be sent to you by email.

Once logged in, you can go to your account and select “Manage Subscriptions”.

From there, you can:

  • Edit your flavours
  • Change your delivery address
  • Update your payment details
  • Skip an upcoming delivery
  • Reschedule your next delivery
  • Make changes to your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

Once you have logged in, your device will usually stay logged in for next time.

When Subscription Payments Are Taken

Subscription payments are usually processed on the Monday morning of your delivery week.

For example, if your delivery is scheduled for Wednesday, your payment will usually be processed on the Monday morning before that delivery.

Please make any changes before your payment is processed. If a payment has already gone through and you realise you wanted to make a change, just contact us by WhatsApp and we will do our best to help.

Delivery

Subscription deliveries follow the same delivery process as our regular online orders.

Wednesday is our main free delivery day. Depending on your address, your order may be delivered by our On The Wagon team or by SF Express.
