We are Ash & Alvin (founders) and Erik (our amazing brewery manager) and we believe that not drinking alcohol shouldn’t mean drinking something boring. Our kombucha is brewed slowly and naturally, using only real tea, raw cane sugar, filtered water, and kombucha cultures. No shortcuts, no additives, no artificial sweeteners. We’re here to challenge what non-alcoholic drinks can be: complex, refreshing, and worth getting excited about.

🥂 About the Kombucha

What makes On The Wagon Kombucha different from others?

We brew in small batches using only tea, raw cane sugar, filtered water and kombucha cultures — nothing artificial, ever. Each bottle naturally carbonates inside the bottle during a second fermentation, giving a fine sparkle and complex flavour. This process is alike to the process of how champagne is bottle conditioned for it's natural bubble.

Is your kombucha pasteurised?

No, it’s 100% raw and living. That’s what keeps the flavour vibrant and the cultures active. Perfectly natural and unadulterated with zero preservatives!

What’s the shelf life?

At the time of bottling, our Kombucha stays fresh for 3 months. So we say 2-months to be conservative fom the time of delivery. However, we offer you a free exchange for fresh product with your next order for any bottles which have passed their Best By date. With our low MOQ, this is very unlikely to happen, but it should give you peace of mind that nothing goes to waste - no risk!

🚚 Ordering & Delivery

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

24 bottles (1 crate or box) is our standard MOQ for wholesale customers. Thjese 24 bottles can be made up of your custom selection of flavours, so you can have 3 bottles of Jasmine, 8 bottles of Earl Grey, 5 Lychee, etcs according to your needs.

Some venues with limited fridge space may start smaller, so you can talk to us about that.

How do you deliver?

Primarily we deliver using our own driver, however we sometime will send out orders with SF Express Refrigerated Delivery. Even with SF Express, the delivery service is to a very high standard.

How do we order?

You can WhatsApp us directly for quick reorders, or use your personalised online order link (we’ll provide one once your account is set up).

♻️ Storage & Bottle Returns

How should we store the kombucha?

Keep it refrigerated at all times — between 1–4°C. Kombucha is a live product and should not be left at room temperature.

Do you collect empty bottles?

Yes! We collect and reuse bottles during your next delivery in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Simply rinse them and place them back in the crate. This keeps our operations sustainable and reduces waste by over 70%.

Can we get samples before ordering?

Absolutely. We’re happy to provide a tasting set so you and your team can experience the flavours before committing.

Do you offer kegs or bulk supply?

Yes we do! We are able to supply all of our flavours in Keg format and we can assist to configure your lines to suit. We also have a portable Kegerator Tap system which we can provide for large events, office spaces, etc.
